Q. What is your shipping policy?

A. We offer free shipping to urban addresses for online orders over $250(inc gst) and free shipping to rural addresses for online orders over $550(inc gst). A few large or bulky items are excluded from this.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. We hold core items in stock; however, some items are sourced to order from our network of suppliers across NZ. If you require anything urgently, please email us to check availability. Of course, if any items are out of stock we will contact you to let you know and discuss options!

Q. What is the product warranty?

A. Warranties differ between brands, manufacturers & products. Please contact us with details of the product in question if you have any questions regarding product warranties.

Q. Can you ship outside of New Zealand?

A. Yes, in most cases we can ship to other countries, however this depends on the product, location and shipping options. At this time, international orders cannot be placed via our website - if you want to enquire about shipping, please use our contact us page. Shipping for international orders is quoted on a case-by-case basis.
